Would not exchange my 10 GBP note, despite witnessing another gentlemen getting his old notes exchanged last week. Luckily I had a bank account (god forbid I was visiting and someone decided to scam me).Which goes to a bigger gripe: What is the point of a fiat currency if the value cannot be traded for goods and services. I can't wait to leave this country sometimes and to think I pay taxes to the UK government from my salary.

I felt so sorry for the cashier being the only person there and with a queue of 20+ people. There was an advert on the wall saying ' it's the post office time of year' so management should take this into consideration and have more colleagues working....don't put your employees in a situation where they might face some abuse from customers they don't deserve it

I'm always very impressed with the staff here. Very friendly and the manager went above and beyond to ensure my wife got her birthday present on the day (missed a delivery so he called my mobile to let me know when it had been returned to the branch so I could collect it that evening). Can be quite a busy branch but there is plenty of space to queue and the service offered is second to none.

This is a large store with lots of products for sale. Never seems to be fully staffed! Which as other reviews states creates large queues at pick times. It might be better sometimes to visit another post office and save some time

Went at 12.05 on a Saturday to collect a parcel. Their website shows they’re open until 12.30. The card left through my letterbox says they’re open until14.00. Yet they’re closed.

Opening hours on the website aren't correct. Outside the office there's a sign indicating as follows: Monday to Friday 8-10 am Saturday 8-12.How can a person like me who works Monday to Saturday from 6:30 to 12:00 and from 4:00 to 5:30 pm get a chance to collect any parcel?!?

Happy with counter, but collecting parcels which were not delivered is limited to 7am until 9am. This is a problem. A 2 hour morning window is too short - maybe post team furloughed or shielding, but it's not a useful window.

The staff here is so rude and miserable it's unbelievable.Both the women and man in there are worst !Trip to royal mail ruins my whole day....
