I applied to a job and then was contacted the same day by one of the Principal Consultants.Didn't hear anything back after they submitted my CV to the company. Tried calling them multiple times just for it to ring out and go to voicemail and then no response via email either.Pretty unprofessional and telling of a company that allows people to be in more senior roles whilst still having this ghosting mentality that's so rampant in the recruitment industry.As someone who works in recruitment, it's important to be transparent with your candidates and inform them of what's going on. Unfortunately the Consultant doesn't seem to have the same mentality.
