A funeral parlour that is all about the family. If you can get to Pinks, however far away from you are, I suggest you use them. Caring with professionalism and sensitivity, and an amazing ability to pick up on our needs, I couldn't fault them. At one of the most important times in dealing with one of the saddest times, they made the whole experience special. During the pandemic, there were so many restrictions, but they used every opportunity they could find to make the best of the situation, involving us in the final day of parting with my mum. 12 years ago, we used them when we lost our dad. Darren, we salute you. You would be so happy to hear so many positive comments about the professional and respectful way you helped us say goodbye. With Karen and Lorraine you make a great team. We used Pinks for our dear Mum 3 1/2 years ago and just recently October 2023 for our dear Dad. Lorraine/Karen/Suzie and Darren are just great and you don't feel like they are a business but almost part of the family. They listen and don't judge when you open your hearts to them and are so kind at such a difficult time & it doesn't stop there they still welcome you with open arms to come and have a cuppa and a chat. I feel a strong bond with them being the last part of our parents journey & how they looked after them before the day arrived. Darren's attendance at Dad's last goodbye was as if he was a member of his own family truly special. Thank you all so much x

Pinks arranged both my grandparents funerals and we could not have asked for a more positive experience when dealing with such immense grief.Karen dealt with each aspect of the funeral arrangements with care, kindness and clarity.She treats every funeral with utmost respect and pride which makes you feel like your loved one is special and not another client.On each communication, via email or phone call, nothing was an issue and everything including the order of service, flowers etc was excellent. Thank You Lorraine for all the care and attention to our family through this sad time. Our nephew's funeral was an extremely difficult and a maze of unknown hurdles to overcome. You helped us with information that goes above and beyond what we expected a Funeral Director's services to provide. We wanted to do the chapel service ourselves and this was a first but with the guidance of Tony and the chapel attendant we did it. Our chosen music was spot on and Tony and his team guided the cremation proceedings admirably so we knew what to do. At a time when our thoughts were with our nephew's passing, Tony gathered the cards from the flowers and put it in a lovely box for us to take home. Thank you Pinks for being there.

Pinks were extremely professional and very helpful. Lorraine in particular went out of her way to help me with every step from beginning to end. I can’t thank you enough for your support.

We sadly had to say goodbye to my uncle in April during the pandemic and he had chosen pink’s to deal with the funeral arrangements before he passed away.It was the first time I had had to deal with a family death on my own and I couldn’t have asked for a better service from pinks.Karen was extremely helpful explaining what was going to happen and kept me fully informed every step of the way and always calling back straight away if she was unable to take my call.She was also very friendly and sympathetic and clearly cares about her customers.Pinks provide a very professional service and I would definitely recommend them.We plan to use pinks again should we have the misfortune of anyone passing away.

Pinks we’re amazing. Every detail was as we requested and in particular Lorraine was helpful in suggesting alternative options and how best to manage the day. The celebrant, Anita, was outstanding. She captured the character and essence of my dad in the eulogy and the funeral directors were professional and respectful. Couldn’t asked for anything more.

I would like to thank Lorraine for making our fathers passing a very easy and compassionate experience, Lorraine went above and beyond and kept in regular contact with myself, and made it easy for me and my family from the very beginning, and I would recommend their kind hearted services to any one who has just lost a loved one. Me and my family couldn’t have chosen a better funeral place! Pinks really go above and beyond. We would also like to thank Karen and Sonia too for their friendly advice and warm welcoming every time I turned up and also Lorraine for being their every time I needed advice.
