Ruffs Hydrotherapy & Grooming Centre

My dog goes for her weekly bath there as she has skin allergies so she can get a bit smelly, she loves it and the staff are so friendly and will always try and fit you in on the days you want. I would recommend them to anyone.

Only been twice but have booked 10 sessions so far it's been brilliant lovely staff

Had our pooch groomed and although he seemed calm and happy. I was really dissapointed with the cut and he didn't even smell like he'd been at done at all. He now smells horrible in short space of time.

My cockapoo was booked in with Kim for the first time yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the result. She came out looking amazing and smelling lovely too.I have a slightly nervous dog but Kim took the time to make her feel at ease and she came out very happy.Thank you Kim and see you again in a few weeks xx

Our lab is now on his 4th hydro session, and the difference we have noticed is just incredible. When he was first diagnosed with elbow dysplasia we wondered if we would ever see him walk without a limp again and of course without pain, but since starting these sessions back in August the improvement has been massive, he has a new lease of life and Kim has worked wonders, she treats Cooper like her own and she explains everything in such detail, my husband and I have learnt so much as well and it’s been a pleasure watching our lovely labgo from strength to strength. Thank you, would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm a groomer but live in London. I was visiting family in Caister & decided to book my dog in for a groom as I didn't have time to do her before I left home.Friendly staff on the phone when making the booking. My dog got very distressed as I was leaving her in a new/ strange environment and I felt bad. But when I picked her up she looked happy and the groom was beautiful. Thankyou very much Ruffs!

I took my puppy for his first swim and it was definitely a wow factor. He had a great time swam really well then after he was dried he made his own game up stealing a toy and using the ramp to slide down. This he repeated over and over. Had to drag him out of the door
