I cannot get in contact with them their service when it comes to abandoned stray cats is appalling. and when they suggested I contact the emergency number all the emergency people did was nothing but telling us not to feed them when they could have taken the cat to a shelter. They don' t care about animals at all, well if the cat dies it'll be on their head for the rest of their lives

Excellent service. Very helpful on the phone and in person. We saw a vet who was excellent and gave clear instructions. Waiting room a bit cramped but otherwise brilliant experience. Very helpful service for those on limited income.

Terrible staff do not care about the animals at all. Lady on reception rude and abrupt didn't even let me finish talking absolute disgrace. Rang about a stray cat that keeps entering my home and spraying and trying to harm my children and was told well unless it's injured we won't be helping as it's a stray cat and I should be preventing it coming in. Absolute joke no regards for the animals welfare at all. Should be closed down immediately

Doing their utmost for the animals they care for. Staff are so friendly and the Vet there on Fridays at their clinic is just wonderful. If I could score them higher I would.

middle of a weekday. no phone answer. multiple attempts. dog in huge amounts of distress. useless company. the mainline also wanted to charge me for saving a random dogs life.

having to cancel appointment due to ill health. no one answered the phone. web site gave too many numbers, phones all seem to be automated. cannot find a real person anywhere.
