Sarah Newdigate Holistic Massage
Massage relaxes the muscles and treats the skin with Aramaic oils leaving it more flexible and healthy. It is so therapeutic and relaxing that I sometimes fall asleep!

I had a hot stone massage today & I would definitely recommend Sarah, I haven’t felt this relaxed in years! My back was my main area that causes me pain & it feels so much better after one session, I have 2 children so suffer with back pain a lot. My overall body & headspace feels so much better in general & the whole experience was lovely & so beneficial. I was a little nervous but Sarah is such a kind & calming person that I didn’t need to worry.

Having been more used to an osteopath drilling(!) Into my neck and shoulder, I was a little worried that Sarah's overall massage would not address the problem.Very pleased to say that the stiffness and pain was so much better the following day!

It’s been a couple of days now since I had my MLD massage with Sarah and wow what a difference! I feel so much more energised.Booking with Sarah was very straightforward and when I arrived for my appointment I was put at ease straight away. Sarah explained everything really well. The room was set up beautifully. The aromatherapy oils and music were both very relaxing.The massage itself was wonderful, very gentle. Now the weather has got colder for anybody that struggles with Raynaud’s like myself, this massage could really help.I can’t recommend Sarah enough, I’ll certainly be booking again soon. Thank you Sarah!

Sarah put me at ease immediately and took a thorough history and explained what the treatment involved.I had a manual lymphatic drainage treatment which I really enjoyed and felt the benefits later and the next day.Sarah’s treatment room was lovely and I will return for more treatments.

I had a really relaxing hot stones massage with Sarah. It was my first one, and I was unsure what to expect. Sarah explained it all and the benefits. Sarah took a good history and asked if I had any specific healing areas or needs. The stones combined with oil, gave a perfect pressure and felt warm and cosy. I actually fell asleep. The room was also very relaxing. I am looking forward to trying out other treatments on the menu now! Thank you very much Sarah.

Sarah Newdigate Holistic Massage
Today I tried a Manual Lymph drainage massage with Sarah to help with a sluggish lymph system. It is a gentle treatment but by the end, I was deeply relaxed. Two hours later and I still feel relaxed but also refreshed. I will continue to have regular MLD to help with my body's immunity during the winter months. I highly recommend this treatment.
