Used Hertfordshire dog services for my 3 year old male staffy who had awful anxiety towards other dogs. We wanted to get help so that both me and him could enjoy our walks without worrying if there would be any dogs around. We had one session with Dwayne with follow up emails and a plan and I have seen a huge improvement with Bear already. Also very responsive via email. I cannot thank Dwayne enough for what he has done for us both and cannot recommend him enough.

Dwayne was very friendly and helpful with our puppy, Riley.Gave us lots to work on in terms of obedience training and has made sure Riley is a pleasure to take for a walk and interact with. Fantastic value as well!

Dwayne is an excellent trainer who is very knowledgeable and had an instant connection with our puppy Pemba. He has been an amazing support for us whilst Pemba recovered from an unfortunate fracture and is currently helping us with getting Pemba back on track. A true professional who is very reliable and caring at all times.

Dwayne was brilliant in every respect. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our labrador puppy, Percy, is now 4 months old and is well on his way to being a well behaved adult dog thanks to Dwayne's excellent guidance. We will be contacting Hertfordshire Dog Services again when Percy is a bit older to undertake some more advanced training. Would highly recommend to any dog owner!

Dwayne has been working with us for several months training our two energetic Cairn terriers. His calm and clear approach has been a godsend, especially in helping us prepare our youngest dog for the arrival of our first baby. He has given us some excellent techniques to help calm and redirect our male dog, and his non-judgemental training style has made us feel empowered and confident in adjusting our dogs’ behaviour. We can’t recommend Dwayne highly enough!

Dwayne provides a fantastic service. We've been having issues trying to get our dog to loose lead walk for a while now; one session with Dwayne and it's sorted. He had a relaxed, friendly but professional approach which put both us and our dog at ease. The session was really good value for the result we got. Couldn't recommend Hertfordshire Dog Services enough.Ed
