really helpful and friendly staff. i didn’t catch the staff members name but my brother shopped in store a few weeks ago and saw a hoodie he liked but didn’t get it at the time, i went today and the staff went above and beyond to help us get this hoodie for him. it had been taken off shop floor to make room for other stock so they went and got one from the back for us. couldn’t ask for better customer service so thank you!

Again the slowest service ever, which is fine if the assistants talk to you, but they don't! So it's agony! Come on North Fact either quicken up or interact.. hello, how are you, did you find what you needed, sorry for the delay our system is slow. You can do it!

There was very little ski wear but we did find a pair of ski trousers that we wanted to try on. The changing room was full of stock and the staff told us to buy the item and try it on in the public toilets !!! Needless to say we didn’t purchase.

Great selection at reduced prices. Obviously not the latest models, colours, etc. Still a good selection of clothes, footwear, and accessories, but you never know what's going to be on sale from one day to the next.The staff were friendly and helpful.The small outlet seems a little cramped but not a problem.
