I frequently use this shop but only because it's the only haberdashery shop I can get to easily. I certainly don't go for the service. The manager is very rude and there have been several times when she has spoken to me in a terrible manner, even worse when you take children in and mine are well behaved. After a recent visit and the service received I'll be ordering online more often. A place to avoid if you can.

This shop lady is extremely rude, been to her shop 2 times, if you don't buy anything from her shop her attitude changes straight away with cold looks. She will give you impression that she doesn't like you. Awful experience both times. Never going again.

My favourite shop. As I indulge in several crafts I can buy knitting wool, fabric cake decorating stuff all in place Huge range of haberdashery buttons and trims. Love the excellent knowledge the staff have and the relaxed atmosphere. Great place so much so i go with a list as I travel from Bristol.

I Can not believe the 2 reviews below are given in good faith. A few months ago I went into this shop and the sales person assisted me in getting some lovely yarn for my mum. Today 3rd Nov I went in again to buy a curved needle and yarn to repair upholstery on my car and the Lady was amazingly helpful and offering me two types of yarn to choose from to complete my job. Please go in for yourself and make your own judgement all I can say from my personal view is that I would recommend this shop to anyone and I know if has been opened for over 30 year so they must be doing something right.
