Very helpful. Did a last minute job for me. Not to expensive for cut glass

Phoned for a leak I had coming through my door, council said I am in warranty for a new door, when calling to arrange a fitting the man on the phone was very rude and laughing when trying to explain the situation

TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!I was not told of day for measuring up of back door window replacement and handle , it was ordered and came in wrong size after finally turning up to be measured TWICE I might add by 2 different fitters ( not to put ANY blame on fitters) I was not called to arrange time to measure, fit or reasured when the glass that was the wrong size would be sorted , then when finally fitted 30 days later from the day I called to get an estimate, there was NO apology from the manager/owner but an over the phone on loud speaker a discussing response to myself and the fitter regarding myself not being made aware of the final fit of the glass.The customer service is disgusting!!!!JULIE TEDDER .

Fantastic company. Bought a window from them to be installed by us, good price and was in store quickly. Unfortunately my builder done a less than good job of installing it (to put it nicely) but even though I originally laid blame with GYGlass they promptly emailed me back, sent someone to inspect and within an hour a fitter, free of charge came and rectified the install. Couldn't recommend this company enough. Thankyou

I regret to say that the window fitting service I received was less than satisfactory. The windows were not fitted properly, resulting in an uneven look and ill-fitting closures. This poor installation has caused drafts to seep through, compromising the insulation of my home. The professionals involved also seemed to lack necessary skills and attention to detail, as there were scratches on the window frames, presumably from the tools used during the fitting process. Additionally, the cleanup post-installation was not adequately handled, leaving behind dust and debris. I'm disappointed in the quality of service and the lack of care and respect for my property.

Just had bifold doors and French doors installed and the service from start to finish was excellent. Dave and Reece took pride in their work when installing making sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend this company

Great service, Walter was out in a flash to sort our previous home and current home for surveying, installation also quick, friendly and tidy. Downside was the sales process, no offer of repeat customer discount or thanks for using them again, even verbally. Product, survey and install great, feeling valued as a customer, well I may look elsewhere if I'm not valued.

I was looking for a self build conservatory and found Great Yarmouth glass were a similar price compared to any on the internet. The advantage was having someone to discuss the best solution. They also delivered the frames when I required them and held on to the glassing until everything else was installed.

They have just replaced a glass unit in my static caravan, very professional company , the fitters were very polite and knowledgeable, would highly recommend , job well done .
