Today was my first visit to this fantastic shoe shop I am here on holiday. Within 15 minutes bought two pairs of shoes exactly what I wanted, no hassle, just perfect the lady assistant was brilliant. Would like to say the staff and service when I called last Sunday was brilliant. The young lady went out of her way to nip to the Stock room to find me my fabulous Mr Feet slippers.. which I love. Thank you.Great shop, Great Shoes, Great service and Great staff.

A great shop! Rubyshoesday has an excellent and interesting selection of shoes and boots. The staff are completely charming and the shopping experience is a joy. I have just bought the most beautiful pair of boots and a lovely Roka bag. I am a very happy customer!

Just received my new boots. Posted friday, received monday. Theyre a perfect fit, which i knew they would be because i already have the same ones in a different colour. Easy return instructions which are not needed and a hand wtitten thank you note. An overall happy morning for me. X

Always enjoy a trip to Ruby Shoesday. Their shoes etc may seem expensive but will last you for years unlike many high street brands. Managed to avoid temptation and only bought slippers I went for. Love to support local businesses too.

I now live in Gloucestershire but visit Hebden Bridge periodically to visit family still living here and like to shop in the numerous great independent shops in the town. During our last visit my husband and myself bought some great shoes and clothes in Rubyshoesday. The staff are very friendly and the shop sells a nice range of shoes and clothes from lesser know brands. Definitely recommend and will be back.

I am so impressed by this shop. Yesterday I ordered a pair of slippers in the afternoon, this Afternoon I received them. That was free delivery as well. They were beautifully packedwith a nice written note inside. As for the slippers they are perfect! Unfortunately I had to take them off and hand over to Father Christmas!! This was my first order but won't be my last, Thankyou
