D.O.T.S. Chiropractic

I started to get care from Chris and Lindsay when I started at D.O.T.S. back in September, I have noticed significant changes since! I don’t get as many migraines and the pain in my low back is no where near as bad anymore! I would recommend chiropractic care to anyone I meet! It’s also amazing to see the results that our client get when they come in, from new clients to ones that have been with us for years!

Before going to see Chris and Lindsey I would spend most of my days at work or at home with constant headaches, migraines, lower back pain and pains in my legs. This made everything as small as walking up hill or uneven surfaces for long periods of time a challenge but now after starting my program with them everything has improved MASSIVELY! Everyone at the office is so lovely and keen for a chat.I highly recommend them to everyone!

I was recommended to try Chris and Lindsay's services after having a baby left me with hip and back problems and I really wish I'd discovered chiropractic adjustments sooner! Dr Lindsay McInnis is calm, very professional, pays attention to every detail, listens to every concern and gives a clear explanation of progress report and further treatment.The staff is very friendly, polite and gentle.The ambient is nice and the atmosphere is pleasant.The cabinet is lively and welcoming, the background music is very relaxing and there is a space where children can play.Our sessions are short but very effective, years headaches were gone after 2 adjustments. I've been going to D.O.T.S for a few months now for my lower back pain and associated issues. From the first appointment I was listened to completely and was given a comprehensive breakdown of my treatment plan. The little play area is amazing for when I have my children tagging along to my appointments. Lindsay, Chris and their whole team are friendly, welcoming and always appreciate my holiday-themed outfits!!

I found Lindsay and Chris while I was pregnant to help with some basic discomforts and have been going ever since. We’ve been taking our now one year old since he was two weeks old. Great help and great company while you’re there. Warm, clean and friendly atmosphere! Definitely recommend!

When I started with D.O.T.S. could only walk about two hundred yards without dreadful pain in my hips.After a few twice weekly sessions it began to improve and now I am pain free and only having treatment once a week.
