Josh replaced a 20 year old alarm system. The work was carried out efficiently to a very high standard. After commissioning Josh ensured we were fully aware of how to use, arm and disarm, the system and assured us that in the event of any issues he was only a telephone call away. I would definitely recommend Josh and 365 Secure.

Really professional and friendly service with supersonic response.. My house alarm was going off without cause so looked on Facebook for a security alarm company with good reviews and tried 365 Secure, who from the first call Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.. Arrived timely, literally within a minute of the agreed time, diagnosed the fault and made the necessary repairs with no pressure or nonsense, amazing! Full test of the alarm system completed and within an hour all done.. Would absolutely highly recommend and will be using them again.. Thank you Josh!

Josh took the time to listen to what we wanted from our new alarm system, ensuring we fully understood the different options. There was no 'hard sell' just clear explanation of the possibilities. Once we had made our decision an installation date was agreed and the work was carried out exactly as arranged. Josh was very professional and really made sure we were clear on how to operate the system and helped to set up the app. We were given contact details in case we had any queries later and reassured that he was happy to help. After having several quotations from a number of ‘big players’, and not felt totally confident with respect to the information with which we were provided, we came across Josh’s Company. Our contact with Josh from the outset was thoroughly professional. He impressed as being totally conversant with his products and immediately able to appreciate our needs when upgrading our hitherto excellent 24 yr old system. Our 30 year old alarm system gave up and Josh came to give us a quote to replace it. I like to think I'm a good judge of character and I immediately felt here is a guy who knows what he's doing and will give a fair price and do a good job". I was right. He worked out how the builder had used unusual cabling routes for the original system

Just had my 25+ year old alarm updated and new CCTV. Fantastic service and top quality advice from start to finish by Josh nothing was too much trouble.
