Used Karen Baldwin for both our sale & purchase and completing the lease extension deed. As we had used Karen for our previous purchase we were glad to track her down and again she and her assistant Jane provided excellent service.She takes a pragmatic and transparent approach to matters and she negotiated a complex chain and a range of delays very well, completing the sale without the need for an extension to our mortgage offer. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!
