I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this van rental company. They repeatedly changed my reservation last minute, causing a great deal of stress as I was unsure whether I’d even have a van for my move even though I booked well in advance. To make matters worse, I feel they overcharged me for fuel, despite returning the van with pretty much a full tank (7/8ths) , they charged me nearly £60 to ‘top it up’ after reassuring me when I returned the van (a day earlier than I needed to) it wouldn’t take much. The lack of transparency and misleading comments means I would strongly advise against using this company for your rental needs

Using this garage is like a breath of fresh air. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, unlike other garages I’ve been into.Prices are very reasonable and wait time to get the car looked at is very short.So would highly recommend Go Vehicle services.

Booked through click mechanic which is a service that allows booking slots with available garages. The booking was accepted and almost immediately a different slot was offered and I didn't mind so I also accepted. However the next day when I called to confirm, they said they are fully booked up until about 2 weeks later. They told me they have an automated way of of accepting click mechanic referrals, and that accepted my job. But if I hadn't called to confirm nobody would ha e got back to me! This is not how you do business. Also they are in the middle of nowhere so if this is no way of building trust with people.
