I went in the shop yesterday to have hand and toes painted i walk out without my toes done as my hands were shocking i was in there an hour and half to get them painted and they havent been filed properly they are sharp they cost me £30! I rang to speak to the manager yest at 2 o clock im still waiting for a call back..... very professional!

Been getting my nails done here for 7 years. They never ever disappoint! Love their design ability with acrylics! Recently just started my natural journey and have had BIAB only twice and my natural nails have never been so long or healthy. Such kind staff and the new location is amazing!!

Had my nails done here and very quickly the paint started to bubble up and rip. I went back to have them fixed and it happened again. I went back a third time to have them fixed, I explained to the nail technician that I was concerned it may be the paint used and asked if he could try a different one to which he refused and used the same again. They have bubbled up and ripped again so I will now have to pay to go elsewhere to have them fixed. Won’t be returning.

I’m disappointed after my visit today. I’ve been a very loyal customer for over 6 years getting my nails done almost every month. I came in to get a custom set like always and I chose the exact design I’ve had before. The set was done by someone I had never seen before and took a while to do, due to having to correct mistakes. Once my nails are finished I go to pay and I am told it’s £60! This was a shock as I had this exact design done before (max 3 months before) and I had my nails done shorter than normal this time and I’ve never payed more than £48 for my nails at this salon. I was told it was £12 more because of the design and how long it took. Even tho the design is the exact same. I asked if the price has increased in the last month and was told no twice and then when I asked why are they charging £12 more they changed their mind and said the price has gone up. I don’t believe I should have to pay extra for the fact a nail tech runs over their time due to making mistakes on my nails. I left feeling very disappointed and upset. I really feel like this should have been rectified in the salon rather than being spoken over and told to pay the £60. The way I was spoken to and the sudden increase of price has left me not wanting to come back.

This has to be Leicester’s finest and unique Nail Salon. Outstanding customer service, hospitality, clean, hygienic, latest colours and techniqueStyles. Highly recommended manicure, pedicure with Gel finish.

Avoid at all cost. Not even worth one star. Booked online but the receptionist said we were an hour late for an appointment. We had the text confirmation to prove we had the right time. Then my daughter was not even offered a seat. Her gel nail removal was done in the waiting area. The procedure was done using a sanding block not the sanding wheel. This left her nails brutally scratched and extremely rough to touch. They didn't do a good job and left gel around the edges of her toes. The receptionist was very unfriendly and didn't crack a smile. I would never send my daughter back here ever again.
