OmG it was my first time in here and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Shop was nice and clen, staff very polite and they listened to what i wanted. Definitely coming back

Nails look nice on pictures but they are bumpy and the one on the thumbs are transparent. They smell (not of nail polish). One finger has nail polish all over the cuticle. On the underneath it isn’t cleaned up. The man was very rough while filing it felt like the acrylic was going to rip off. Kept talking and laughing in Chinese/Japanese and I didn’t know if they were laughing at me. After he did some kind of powder gel it started burning up.

Thank you for giving nice service, I got done the ombre nails, Jack and his team had good experience for the nails, it was the first time experience for me.. Definitely recommended !!!

Was told a ten minute wait, turned out to be forty. Lady kept leaving me mid process to answer the phone, serve a customer who was wanting to purchase a voucher and attending to other clients at the same time. Was rude to my son when he stated that she'd said ten minutes and it wasn't, and then wittered to other staff in her native tongue about us.If you've read this far, take my advice and go to one of the other nail bars. Besides her poor work ethic and bad manners, the work she did was extremely sub standard.

They do great nails. However, never bother booking. They Always take walk ins over booked, just this week I was seen 55mins after my booked time. It’s always late

Brilliant, friendly, clean and get exactly what you ask for, my daughter has ombre acrylics, i have either pedi or mani and even my partner feels at ease to come and get HIS Rock look manicure n nail gels here, a lovely morning out for the family .. all staff friendly and professional...
