If only all businesses operated to this company's high standards, the world would be a better place.There's nothing about computers that cannot be handled with the same high efficiency, courtesy and timeliness.I'm completely comfortable being totally reliant on TroubleShooters for all my PC, tablet and Laptop needs, and for advice about buying replacements, upgrades and software. And this has been the case for the last 10 years!

Craig is probably the best of the best when it comes to fixing computer faults, used Craig when I lived in the locality, now moved 165 miles north to Cheshire, and today he has fixed my problem on line as if by magic.When you find someone this good, it begs the question, why would you want to go anywhere else"?"

Craig was absolutely wonderful when sorting out the problems with the computer. He cleared a backlog of unneeded data which was making it slow and almost unresponsive.He also reinstalled programs which would not open.He made sure everything was up to date and installed new hardware.He did this in record time and explained the need for ever thing he did.As a person he was polite and patient with myself and my 97 year old mother. Bless him.
