Fantastic service, a fair price and good quality of work. I especially want to mention that the two gentleman who came to install the wardrobes were great, quick, hard working and really thoughtful when keeping the place tidy during.

We have been working with Multilines for a number of years as we have gradually furnished different bedrooms in our house. We recently completed a loft extension and did not think twice before going to Multiline. We were not disappointed. They provided excellent advice, and high quality bespoke furniture, made to measure. Multilines are completely focused on customer satisfaction, making sure that you are completely happy with everything they do. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them.

What an outstanding service!!! When we started looking for a company to build our dream closet we initially came across a few businesses whose main focus was converting customers into sales. And then we came across Multilines who were instead motivated by understanding and meeting our needs first!From day one Binita and Davinder provided a level of care and attention which is rare to find. We approached them with initial rough designs and ideas which they took onboard and helped refine with an awesome attention to detail. Can’t thank them enough for the incredible patience they had to go over several design iterations to ensure it was perfect, even before we paid a deposit!! All in such a timely manner too, with them being super responsive the whole time.Worth mentioning this outstanding service was provided during a pandemic and a 4-month-long lockdown. The team came together and joined as many Zoom calls as needed to review all the details.Shout out to the installation team who were as amazing and worked hard to install our bespoke 6-meter-long wardrobe in less than 2 days to such incredible perfection.I’m a details-oriented person and very rarely I rate a service this perfect start to finish! I am and will continue to recommend Multilines to friends and neighbours! Still can’t believe how perfect our closet looks! Thank you very much!

Multilines installed bespoke furniture in three rooms in our house. Their help and guidance from the start of the process to the installation was exemplary. The units are of excellent quality and Multilines care and attention to detail at every stage is superb. The three man installation team worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was quite right with each room. Excellent service and highly recommended.

When you invest in a kitchen or wardrobe, you expect it to last for several years, if not over a decade. We had our wardrobe fitted in 2015, and it served us well for a good 7 years.However, in recent times, the gloss sheet on the doors has started peeling off, almost like pieces of paper coming apart. I reached out to Mr. Kuldeep, who was kind enough to acknowledge that these things can happen, cold hot British weather.He mentioned that the door needs fixing, but unfortunately, he doesn't have team available to provide service. It might take 6 weeks to send someone to just look at it, investigate, it's a process.Can I confidently say they will fix it? Well, not really.If you're in the market for something that will stand the test of time for 6-8 years, then you're in the right place. However, if you're looking for a long-lasting product that will endure for over a decade, it might be worth giving it some extra thought.

Overall an excellent experience with Multilines.They explain in detail what is and isn’t included. They have a variety of finishes and colours which can be viewed at their showroom. Survey was conducted in a timely manner and again all queries answered as well as explanations of how fitting would be done to encase exposed pipe work.Install teams came on time did an excellent work and completed on time and installed as specified and stated on order. They cleaned up after them and explained everything before leaving.

This is the third time we have used Multilines’ services and as always an amazing experience from start to finish. We had our entire floor tailor made and CAD designed virtually over zoom. Their professional team spent dedicated time with us to help design exactly what we were looking for with their quality Caccaro Italian Wardrobe range together with bespoke dressing, TV, and temple areas. With their attention to creative detail, it was even better than what we had been expecting. Once confirmed, it was a smooth process to a timely installation. We will no doubt be using Multilines again in the future, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We are completely over the moon about our new cupboards from Multilines. They were super professional in their guidance about what we should get. They worked with us to get the right solution for the space and produced a stunning result.The installation team came when they said they were, were polite and professional and most importantly even cleaned up when they were done.Multilines - has a great showroom, but it was their expert guidance that we really valued most. Recently had a new kitchen extension from Multilines, who were one of the only suppliers of Nobilia products (the existing units in our kitchen).They designed an excellent extension and the colours matched perfectly.Although the fitter Aurel was absolutely amazing, the experience was slightly let down by long lead times and having to chase the date for work repeatedly.Overall very happy with the final result!

I was recommended to Multi lines by my interior designer. Tochi at the company dealt with me & managed my project. I have used other companies for some of my other projects in the past , but can say Multi lines are the best that I have used in terms of customer service , quality of work, professional service and reasonable prices for the level of work they provide.Their fitters were very good and left the site clean at the end of the day .I will definitely be using them again and can highly recommend Tochi & Multi Lines.
