Bought a SQ7 from these in August, 6 weeks later the engine light has come on. Turns out that a previous person had an engine issue with over heating, they fixed this by adding rad-weld" which has completely damaged the engine

These guys are bunch of muppets. Don't let the expensive cars fool you. No idea what customer service is. I got the impression that if your not spending £100k plus they are not interested. They were all the same. If they try to deny this I would happily come back and challenge then. Same as the other customer said. Gave me keys and sent me on my way. Wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face.Don't waste your time. We drove 4 hours and they didn't even bother to give us a drink.

Not toooo bad! Bought a Land Rover discovery from them. I can understand most of the negative reviews on here but people really only leave the negatives nowadays. But everytime I called they answered, answered all my questions! Staff were pretty friendly! Was a swift transaction! Car needed new disks and pads, air con re gas. Got to expect a few things in the second hand car market! but my car garage that I use ran a diagnostics and a full health check and nothing untoward. Having some issues with the v5 either not being sent or lost in post but these things happen. Was allowed to take for a test drive before money changed hands! So again nothing really more than what I've experienced before. If you really are uncertain then do your research or just go there with a strong will to walk away if something doesn't seem right. But in my experience no different to anywhere else and I love the car.

Any help appreciated. We brought a car which broke down after 4 days. We have requested a refund within 5 days of purchase. They have the car and the money, we have sent a letter no reply. We have proof that the car has had the mileage clocked. Anyone with any advice as seems a few like this on here. Thanks

First and foremost, these guys are amazing because my wife works odd hours and wanted to see a car, and they worked around us with no pressure to buy the car or pestering my wife until she finally got the time to see the car 3 days later, and it was not only the car that convinced us to buy from these guys, but also the overall experience from start to finish polite and helpful. I would definitely return here.

Was dubious about buying a car here after hearing lots of negative things but gave it a go anyway. On arrival was greeted by a pleasant young lad who gave me the keys for the car we had specifically came to see, and told me exactly where it was. Left to look around it with no hassle, asked them to move the car outside for me so I could look at it in the natural light, no problems and it was duly done.Agreed to buy the car and wanted to take it there and then in eagerness.. on the drive home, the gearbox faulted and we were asked to return to the showroom immediately, on our return, a chap was there with diagnostic equipment to check the fault out. Fault was cleared and we took the car away again and asked to monitor it over the weekend.Sure enough it faulted again and we made contact Monday morning. Tuesday we had to take the car back and a courtesy car was provided. 4 days later, our car was ready to collect with a full replacement gearbox and 12 months warranty. Can't say fairer than that... So much so, I will be sure to head there for my next car.It's worth a trip to the showroom just to experience the vast majority of supercars there!!

I came here to look at a car that I ended up purchasing, and it is just fantastic, exactly as stated, very clean, and everything you could desire. Folks here are so sincere and honest. One of the best dealerships I've ever visited. I wholeheartedly suggest this establishment.

Made buying my new easly and staff are very helpful. I travelled down from Scotland to collect my car after contacting them that morning. Car was perfect and ready for me to take away. Fantastic Stock of car to choose from, if you need a new car use these guys is all I can say. I'll be going straight back here when I require a new car as this one was for my wife.

Avoid them if possible, sell faulty cars and make false promises to sort out issues after purchase, vehicle problems should really be fixed out before advertising, from my personal experience they promised so many times to call back to inform us about fixing my car but always disappointing us, staff get really awkward on ringing them.The best is to avoid them before getting frustrated, and I wouldn't trust their fake 5 star reviews, we had to get court involved to get our money back.
