Ali (Owner who runs the place) was SUPER helpful, giving me loads of free advice on plumbing in general from his days of being an on call plumber, as well as sending me to a competitor shop to buy what I actually needed.There are not a lot of places like this left, where the people aim to help you get what you need/want rather than just focus on the sale, but this is one of them. If you are looking to kit out your bathroom and you want a high quality bath / toliet / sink / shower etc etc, check out this guy. :-)

On meeting Ally he was helpful, considerate and caring. With the advice he gave about my nickel/copper bath and basin he took the time to show us the bath but also explained the process patiently and completely. We are extremely pleased with the delivery, on time and in perfect condition. Wow! I would recommend this seller and his products to anyone.
