Absolutely shocking service.Ordered a taxi at 4.30pm for 4.55pm , after 7 phone calls to the rank and being informed of the usual it's 5 minutes away " it finally arrived at 5.35pm ( 40 minutes late in the freezing cold ).Subsequently meaning that I missed the collection for my car .So no car all weekend for me.Well done 24/7 NOT..."

I have been using these for weeks now at least 2x sometimes 3 a week. I have never had an unpleasant driver. Only twice they have arrived late and i have been in conversation with the drive who has explained and apoligised. Im very happy with this company. I have no complaints and would encourage people to choose them for their journeys.

Fantastic service, late call fromMe at 23:00 asking for a taxi from Wolverhampton as train cancelled home. Taxi booked for 1:50, text me confirmation, phoned me on arrival to let me know he was there and a speedy service home and pay on the app.. thank you! Made a stressful situation effortless.. highly recommended!

Amazing service, it's great for my mother to let her know how far away the driver is and how much it's going to cost. She has a wheelchair and it was no problem for him to put it in the car and take it out for her. Definitely using them again
