Terrible service, car seat wouldn't adjust, wasn't shown around the car, where controls was. Dropped it off with a full tank of fuel, and they said 7/8 full and charged £20.86 for 10 litres and £10 for filling it up!! What a joke!! Take photos before handing keys back!!

Lads working there were very helpful, female staff with blonde hair was rude and told everyone they shouldn't be there even 40 minutes after opening time. Didn't listen to customers and just spoke over them. It's a shame, cause if it wasn't for her atitude I'd give this business 5 stars.

Booked a van online, given time slot to arrive in the morning. When we got there the office space was full of people also waiting to collect. We checked in with the guys at the desk and then had to wait over an hour to collect the van! As there were so many people waiting there wasn’t enough places to sit. All very disorganised and rushed when it came to vehicle handover. Luckily we weren’t needing the van for time sensitive reasons, otherwise we would have had issues!

Dawn really helped us out and service was great. Van was clean and damage free, full tank of fuel. Really smooth transaction and we were able to return afterhours and post keys.

I have hired a car from here before and it was a very easy process, it was a little blue fiat 500 but also I have worked here as an agency driver and I have gotten to see first hand how well cared for the vehicles are from maintenance, cleaning and storage but also how well organised the logistics of the company is getting vehicles to and from where they need to be so it's a well deserved full stars from myself and I'll be sure if needs be to hire a car again from here in the future.

Mostly what you’d expect from a hire place - good vehicles and reasonable rates - but I really don’t think 45 minutes is an acceptable amount of time to have to wait between reservation time and hand over of keys. Seems like they accept compromising service to try and accomodate more bookings than they are set up to manage.

Literally the worst experience I have had with this shocking company. They kept my money from my deposit for 2 weeks which I had to call and chase for every day. Spoke to two completely useless staff members who claimed to be managers. If they are the managers, that’s a scary thought! As they were rude and had a “but” attitude. Literally didn’t take responsibility for anything. If you can avoid, I would. I know I will in the future.

Hired a van for a day and delivered as agreed.Received a call from Hayley saying that we had damaged the bumper and would need sorting out.Had to visit u drive and Hayley showed the damaged bumper.Luckily enough I had taken pictures before hiring which were shown to prove we had not damaged anything. Hayley apologised.We understand mistakes happen but the customer is the one who pays.Make sure you take pictures of the vehicle before hiring.As a courtesy, I was still charged for the 60 miles that we went over - really poor customer service.Regards

What an absolutely odd business. I just wanted to rent a car to drive to a music event with a dj, as I do a dozen times a month all over the World . . U drive asked me ‘are they a celebrity’ if so you can’t rent a car although they couldn’t tell me what they classify as a celebrity or what difference this makes to being in their car ! Not sure why a rental co needs to know where you’re going or why but the point is, be careful what you tell them !
