9am, waited ten minutes but no sign if life.Opening hours displayed might not be correct.Went to the other Timpsons in Morrisons instead.

I don't go anywhere now..timpson @ morrisons are fantastic..very pleasant and helpful staff 10/10 for shoe repairs to cleaning an alterations

Used Timpsons to get new plastic cover on car key as buttons on old one no longer worked. 2nd time I used it it fell to pieces. Luckily I had a spare key with me or else I'd have been stranded. They did sort it but it took a while and I had to go back to the branch who had done it which was a 30 minute drive up the motorway. Then a few months later a front door key I'd had cut by Timpsons snapped in half in the lock. Took the original key into them to ask if they could cut one of the same quality. Was told all their keys were the same and I thought they meant 'yes' Paid £10 for 2 but was very disappointed to find they were of inferior quality the same as the one that broke. Googled to find elsewhere in Weston s Mare that cut keys. Found an independant shop and got a key cut of far superior quality for £3.05. Won't be going to Timpsons again.

Needed a couple of keys for my front door he said that he couldn't do them there but he could get them done by the next day. Quoted me £29.00 for each one . Came home found a firm online that did them with next day delivery, got them both for £24.50 including delivery. Which one would you choose!

Excellent customer service - had some keys cut - left them while I went shopping then promptly forgot! - Drove all the way home and then (obviously) remembered - thought they would have closed but John had waited for me - how kind and considerate. I have also had links removed from a battery strap and a watch battery - Thank you

I went in today to have an eyelet repair to my riding boots. The young man was polite, checked if he had a suitable rivet to re-attach the eyelet - which he did, told me it would be 15 minutes and just £7.50. I asked if I could wait as in checking the fit of the rivet on the boot the job it was almost done - it just needed hammering. Within less than 5 minutes I had been in, problem sorted, and was on my way completely satisfied with the swift, efficient service I had received. Brilliant thank-you.

Just wanted to share what great customer service I received today from Luke very helpful and happy. Sorted my car key out.Service like that makes you want to go back again and again.

Half of the keys cut didn’t work, which isn’t surprising as the job was very rushed. When I went back to the shop they had closed 30 minutes early from the shops closing time.

Rude got ignored. Served customers after us while we was waiting .and would not give money back after key did not even go in lock .told us to go somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting service. Never going back and making sure family and friends never go there to .

I went to get my watch battery changed.I was told 10 minutes. A man came in after me to have his wat h repaired. After 15 minutes of waiting inside I asked when my watch would be done. His reply was sorry he had alot of watches causing him problems. I could see he was working on a watch bought in after me so this was a blatant lie as when I arrived he was also doing nothing. Very odd behaviour and very rude!
