The optician was very relaxing very reassuring and very helpful in many aspects boots itself have always been good even what I've done my flu jabs there or picked up prescription I have no problems with boots I think they are a perfect company and they always seem to have the nice staff on duty all the time and vary polite

I was greeted on arrival and treated as a person signed in and taken upstairs for a health check. This was done with efficiently and care. Wait time approx. 2 minutes. No problem here. The eye tests were great we had fun talked a lot. I talk a lot. Again I was treated as a person. The optician was great she explained when I ask something. I could not ask for anything better. I hope i get her next time. Top marks to all the staff I interacted with. All wonderful people.

Went for an eye test yesterday + new glasses, the service here is wonderful. I'm AuDHD so I can get really tense/anxious in appointment settings. From beginning to end I felt so comfortable with the people that dealt with me during my visit. I don't know names but a guy with glasses who did my health check, a lady who did my eye test and finally the red haired girl who helped me choose my glasses. Thank you!
