I contacted Tom to carry out a Topographic survey, and cannot recommend them enough. Nothing was to much, and I was kept up to date with everything as it happened! Great company to deal with and reasonably priced.

I had what I thought was a simple project, to lay out some car parking spaces on a plot of land I had bought. I tried 4 companies, 3 of whom wanted to undertake a full site survey at considerable expensive, despite my having accurate measurements of the site. THS Concepts understood my requirements, turned my measurements into drawings to Land Registry standard, and undertook revisions at the end of process when the plots were sold and the buyers wanted minor changes. The pricing is very reasonable. The customer service and turnaround time is excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend THS Concepts, who were a pleasure to deal with.

Truly excellent Company and Staff. I tendered several Monitoring companies and THS Concepts communication via email was perfect. The Fees were reasonable and I was more than comfortable going ahead with them.Meeting the Staff at my home, they were on time, friendly and explained everything effortlessly.THS also accommodated by scheduled and were very responsive to producing the results.THS Concepts easily gets a 5/5. We recently approached THS Concepts to carry out a level survey of the screed to the ground floor of a large residential property we were Project Managing. The property was undergoing extensions and re-furbishment work. We had a tight time scale to receive the information and THS Concepts delivered quickly and efficiently to meet our deadline. Their quote was very competitive and therefore we decided to proceed with them.THS concepts provided a great service with no hassle or issues.
