Did a good job cutting my new car key. Seemed knowledgeable and gave advice about trying it in the door first before putting it in the ignition, just in case there was any issues with the fit. There wasn't and it fitted perfectly. Recommended.

Called into the Tesco Abingdon branch of Timpson. Jordan was extremely helpful and pleasant. He answered all my questions and gave me a lot of advice. I hope the company appreciates staff like Jordan as it is very rare to find someone so dedicated. I shall certainly be back to this branch.

The staff member was exceptionally friendly and very helpful even though he was not able to cut the key we wanted. He explained the problem in detail and assured us that he could help us in a few days. Just based in that interaction alone I would recommend the place.

We are currently on holiday in Croatia and before we left we visited the store in the Abingdon precinct spoke to a lovely lady who engraved some small padlock for us so we could leave them as memories in the place's we visited as in the attached photo.Thank you Timpson's x
