Not as good as used to. No NHS appointment. Just went for appointment for my daughter 7 years old, (checked up and one filling ,the price is £185). We are NHS patience with them many years,but after COVID,they just changed everything.They do offer for charging 6 pounds a month for seeing a child twice a year for a dental check up, but any other treatment you have to pay extra.It is absolutely ridiculous . I don't think many parents can afford it especially since it was a baby tooth that we were getting fixed that would fall about eventually. It's a shamed on many kids will have teeth problems.

I needed a crown that had fallen out refitted. I was able to get an appointment very quickly.Treatment was very good and professional.

The receptionist diane was so reassuring to my very nervous daughter! I can’t thank her enough. I was also very thankful to nurse Bethan who has now made my daughter much more confident with visiting the dentist on a regular basis! Highly recommended!!

Took me off their list cos I hadn't had an appointment for 2 years although my last one was obviously cancelled as it was in lockdown. Can mysteriously fit me in for a scale and polish if I pay private for it tho!

Glad to be in such a good dental practice. The staff are All lovely, very friendly and efficient. I recently had a broken tooth rebuilt. It was a fast pain free experience and my dentist is great. A highly recommended practice.

Customer service second-to-none! Prices are reasonable and treatments are well-tailored to each patient. The staff, including the receptionists, are excellent and will ensure you get an appointment as soon as possible. I fully recommend this dentist!

If you haven't been to the dentist in 2 years you are not classed as a patient anymore. Yes I had not been as my last appointment was cancelled by them and when I rang to reschedule I was very rudely told to go away and I would receive a letter from them with a new appointment. I never received one. So I was removed from their list, no warning from them. I never had any problems with the Queensferry branch and I was with them for years.

I’ve recently joined this practice as a private patient. My dentist, Adriana, is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She’s incredibly thorough and clearly an expert in what she does. I trust her fully and feel delighted to have found someone locally. She’s warm and absolutely hilarious and I no longer dread the dentist’s chair. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I've been a patient for some time at MyDentist Prestatyn. The reception staff are very welcoming and professional. My dentist Thony Karlsson highly recommended if you can get booked in with him. He explains what he is doing clearly in normal language. Excellent Dentist. 5 Stars.
