Paul Connor Health and Fitness

I've trained with Paul for over three years and after starting with 1-2-1 training with him, I have been part of his 'Team' training programme for the last year or two which is about as perfect a training program as I could imagine.It is excellent value for money and I couldn't recommend Paul highly enough. I would suggest everyone invest the money for some personal training with Paul and commit to his program because there's a brilliant group of people that love to train in a friendly and relaxed environment with none of the intimidating nonsense that puts most people off starting at the gym. Just give it a go!
