Mike is one of the very few people I have been able to find over my 8 years in the fitness industry who has been able to really help me.Mike really listens to what you need and what you want out of the session, where for me he truly releives pain long term chronic pains and injuries with dry needling, allowing me to to do my job well and return to training and move well.I see Mike almost every week and he always tries to fit me in if I am an a crisis and is always quick to respond and get back to you.Mike is extremely knowledge, professional and makes you feel at ease during treatment and I have 100% trust in him.Thanks for always looking after me Mike!

It is not often that a consultant tells you that you do not need any more physiotherapy! However, a recent consultation confirmed that Mike Kennedy's expertise in getting my left knee to bend after a knee replacement operation fifteen month's ago impressed both myself and the consultant. One needs encouragement to continue with exercises for weeks on end, and Mike's attitude throughout has been non judgemental and supportive. My sessions with Mike were professionally conducted and all aspects of my treatment were explained. Mike's concern for his clients gives confidence and I am pleased to have this opportunity to thank him in a more public arena.
