Hi, had a great experience at Laser clinic.Zara was my therapist. Zara was super friendly and very welcoming when I first arrived. She conducted my consultation with such delight and empathy, as I was very nervous at first. However she made me feel very comfortable and reassuring about the whole treatment process.What a tremendous asset to the company and can’t recommend her enough.Thanks again. Will be back soon.

LOVE this place. New to laser and well, the staff there have been nothing but fantastic. Each and every one of the girls I have dealt with have been lovely. Today for example I was running late for my appointment but they still accommodated me and did a brilliant job.If you are thinking of having laser. Jump in! I wish I did it sooner and I would 100% recommend this clinic! They talk you through the process, ensure you are happy and that any questions you have they take the time to answer and reassure you.

I have been going to see Ray at the clinic in Norwich for over a year now. I have had several laser sessions as well as facials. Now that I’m nearing the end of my laser course, I’m wondering what other regular treatments I can book in as attending my appointments is always such a pleasure! It’s so clean and comfortable, Ray is amazing at what she does and makes me feel completely comfortable. She is also extremely knowledgeable about all the clinics treatments and gives an abundance of advice and recommendations every time I visit. I would highly recommend seeing Ray at the laser clinic in Norwich.
