Worst supermarket in Shirley, no basic foods like fruit, veg and bread stocked up in the morning, if you want a good experience go after 10am it may be stocked by then! If you need anything earlier go to ANY other supermarket. Also made to feel like I was a thief, on 3 separate occasions had to prove I'd bought a carrier bag!

Calling a customer ohy and speaking to in absolute disgusting rude attitude, is this how this store running and now i believe why some time some people carried away so bad with stuff, whom they so called as mangers or customer services, 8.00 pm today a ugly customer service faced by me on their reception.Either asda now training staff to provoke customer quietly and when customer trigger then just get your self behind so called abuse with staff excuse and show they customer who is the boss.I boycott asda with my whole family and never going to buy ftom them, as this wasn't first time they behave with customer like this rude. as many other stores available who at least behave normal. The loss is purely asda owners and I think they should be punish in this way for hiring some fake people for customer service through computer MCQs.

Rude customer service on fast check out. Waited too long to get a security tag taken off. After waiting a while the worker checked receipt??!!! But not doing what I asked and waited for.Then refused to serve me when I made it known I am in a hurry. This happened on the 09/07/23 around 12.30. Service is usually ok. Think I will start to shop elsewhere.The description of the worker was a small Asian man with glasses.

The store opens early, but do not have any check out tills open until after 8am so you have to scan yourself which is fine if you've only got a few items, but when you have a trolley load, not so good. 9 times today a staff member had to re-set" the scanner as "it didn't regonise an item"."

During a visit to shirley my partner and I visited this store. I left my phone at the self scan. After 30 mins then realising d left it, I ran back to find either a customer or a member of staff had handed it in to customer services. A big thank you to whiever you are, so much appreciated!! Thank you x

You need to move your click and collect point away from the exit and closer to the warehouse.It’s like a Dr’s waiting room there, and the poor woman bringing out the parcels looks exhausted.

Disgusting customer service from a woman named Caroline. Horrible attitude and so rude. It makes me not want to shop there if it means dealing with people like that. I've never dealt with anyone so rude and I hope I never have to again.

The store is not cramped and very clean even in the busiest times. The shelves are mostly stocked up and the prices are great. Great range of smaller shops within the centre. There is also ample parking and very rare to not find any parking.

I don’t want to go there now because the staff are so rude. Sad/Interesting to see that many others have had the same experience. The carpark is covered in graffiti and gangs of ASB kids hang around there too. When we’ve reported this, ASDA we’re not remotely interested. Other nearby supermarkets are so much better and the prices are comparable. Unfortunately you have to give 1 star here…would rather give none !
