Had all my piercings from here, by Liam and Mike. Never had a problem with any, great placement and good quality jewellery for great prices. Amazing customer service from everyone. Definitely recommend.

Had my nose pierced today. Was really nervous however the guy that pierced my nose was really friendly and put me at ease straight away, I barely felt a thing too which is a bonus! Will definitely visit again!

Called in to change a piercing in my ear he didn't charge me amazing customer service and would defo go there again nice clean place . And saw me straight away no waiting best place for piercings and tatoos such a relaxed atmosphere

Very positive experience today, piercer was friendly and helpful and the piercings were very smooth and easy! Would definitely recommend this studio, lovely staff, super clean and fair prices.

We decided to visit here after being recommended by many many of my friends and my daughter asked on Facebook and almost every comment recommended this shop and to see Lee/ Liam.My daughter wanted a setrum piercing and me and my other daughter wanted a frontal helix ear piercing.When we arrived at the studio after school and college we were greeted by a very grumpy gentleman who when asked if we need to make an appointment he snapped “no you don’t book for piercing” at us. Not very professional. And I know that some places do require an appointment.We were then taken to the piercing room by a bald guy who asked us what we wanted piercing and we told him.He seemed pleasant enough but didn’t really seem like he knew what he was doing and just kept whistling to himself. He said the nose had to be checked first for the right spot as he won’t do it if it wasn’t right, we found this very reassuring.I wish I could say the piercings were good but all three of them had an issue. Maddies setrum was pierced in the wrong place as told by her college friends the next day. It was very very low and pierced through the wrong part of the nose, although he checked it first and said it was ok. Mine and jades front helix were also pierced wrong and you could literally see the bar through the skin when first pierced.We went to another studio in Nantwich to have them removed and she said the piercings have gone bad since liam has left.On Saturday we had them all pierced correctly in Nantwich for the same amount we paid here to start with (£60).I have since been informed that Liam only works from 12 until 4pm and he has not left copycats. We might return again between 12 and 4 but doubtful to be honest and wish we knew these working hours to begin with.Such a shame given all the positive feedback we heard.

My first visit to a tattoo shop. Me, my mum and sister, went there together for a memorable tattoo each to show our love for our brother who died unexpectedly at 44yrs. We spoke to Brian, who organised a date for us where we can have a sitting together. He was professional and attentive to our needs and wants. He took us all in on the day, and he did a great job for all of us. We are all very happy with his work. I was nervous in particular as I've never had one before, and was the last to get mine done,but Brian made me feel at ease and if I ever get a tattoo again in my life I would/will pop him a visit for sure. I would happily recommend too

Been coming for years, just been this morning and they were brilliant, really friendly and patient with my daughter getting her nose pierced. Made the whole experience easy and calm.

I don't usually write reviews, let alone bad ones but I feel like I've been given the run-around.I went in on a Tuesday, hoping to get my Septum pierced. waited in line for a decent amount of time, only to be told by the piercer once it was my turn that he wasn't confident enough to pierce my Septum and that I should come back the following Tuesday before 12pm. Fair enough I can understand that.Next Tuesday comes around and I pop into the shop at around 11am. I asked about getting my Septum done but was told that the Piercer wouldn't be in until 12pm. I gave them my number and was told they would give me a call once the Piercer arrived.Didn't hear anything at all, so I called up around 2pm to ask about an update. Only to be told that the Piercer wasn't in today and I should come back tomorrow. Unfortunately I work Wednesday to Sunday so Tuesdays are the only chance I have.It would be an understatement to say that I'm a little disappointed honestly, after hearing so many good things about the place.

I don't normally leave many reviews but I've seen some for CopyCatz that are completely different to the experience I've just had. Messaged them yesterday about getting a 2nd lobe piercing for my daughter and was told to pop in today between 10 and 4, called about 12.30ish and they were there, available and couldn't have been more helpful, I've been to a few tattoo places in the past and as far as I'm aware it's totally normally for piercings to be walk in. The guy that did the piercing was fab, explained the whole process clearly and to my daughter as she was getting the piercing, checked she was happy with the placement, very clean, spoke about the difference between the gun and the needle, told her about the after care and to go straight back if she had any unusual swelling. Overall a really positive experience for my daughter and I would definitely recommend to anyone!
