Brand new defender keeps breaking down. Hendy is not able to resolve the issue even after repeatedly bringing the car into the garage. The service department doesn’t take complaints seriously. Calls aren’t responded to. No after sales service whatsoever. Basically after selling you a luxury vehicle, Hendy stops caring. Avoid at all costs.

After a service to take my car on holiday a warning light came on a couple of weeks after the second time this has happened , tried to book in to sort asap but was LAUGHED at ! Have a service contract but hugely disappointing service from hendy sailsbury

We visited Hendy Salisbury to make some enquires and ended up buying a car! We were hosted by Joe Scutt who was knowledgeable, eager to assist and patient. Joe provided some good advice and we ended up putting down a deposit having initially only intended to view some vehicles. The RR Sport is a fabulous vehicle to drive and since the purchase, Joe has been on hand to chat by phone whenever we have more questions.
