I have been coming to Maia ever since she qualified and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She’s amazing at multi tonal browns and coppers. She always listens to my ideas and if we can’t achieve it in one go she’s honest. I’m always happy with my hair when I leave the salon and get compliments on the colour. The salon has a really friendly environment and the owner Adam is really cheerful and chatty.

My daughter had her hair done and she’s over the moon with the results, it was our first time in the Cutting Garden. The staff Is so friendly and made her feel so comfortable. She absolutely love her hair and will definitely be back. Definitely recommend xx

I've been a customer at The Cutting Garden for almost 3 years after following Charlotte from her previous salons. The whole team are super friendly and professional, and the ladies always make you feel incredibly welcome and special even when the salon is busyI've never had a bad experience with Charlotte and the girls and have recommended the salon to multiple friends and family, even my boyfriend has switched from his usual hairdresser.

The Cutting Garden
Today was our first time at The Cutting Garden and as soon as we walked in everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Hayley was amazing with my young 3 year old son for his first big hair cut! It wasn’t an easy decision, going from long curly hair to a short cut, but Hayley made us feel at ease, was understanding of how we felt and made sure we were comfortable. She listened to what it was we wanted, but also with her experience explained what she thought would work better, and she was right! She was so patient and gentle with my son that he nearly fell asleep haha. She made the whole experience lovely, and her attention to detail is spot on! He looks amazing and he absolutely loves his new cut, and so do i, I would highly recommend and I will definitely be booking in again! Thank you so much Hayley!

I have been going to the cutting garden for years now. It’s a very welcoming salon, all the staff are friendly and smiley. They are huge supporters of the LGBTQIA+ community, no judgment. Adam was really good at getting the vivid green colour that I wanted. Would definitely recommend this salon to anyone who wants to feel great about themselves and have an amazing hair style to go with that feeling.Also I LOVE the recent update on the decor. Can’t wait to see what they do next

Had a few appointments beforehand to have my hair coloured, amazing outcome each time so finally plucked up the courage to have my hair cut for the first time in years and I'm so happy I decided to. In love with my new hair. Adam is great, wouldn't go anywhere else!

My mother (now 87) has exclusively used the Cutting Garden for about 40 years now. Today she was told that it may close and was quite upset, even though she will follow Linda to new premises, if necessary.I would hope that the current staff take over the business at its current location, as it has such a high reputation.

I love the atmosphere and service from The Cutting Garden, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Charlotte always does an amazing job with my hair even when I come in with no inspiration of what to do. They honestly can’t do enough in there for you. Would and have recommended many friends and family to them.
