Excellent service yesterday.

Absolutely shocking experience. Took the car in for a recall. They forgot to book a courtesy car but I was offered a shuttle into town to get a cab instead which left promptly and without me. When I collected the car I was informed all the additional works I had approved though the online form had not been carried out as apparently they didn’t get the confirmation even after I showed them the confirmation and approval email. Do not go near them !!!
