Newnham Post Office

Very very friendly, Always greeted with a smile and hello regardless of time or day. Not only a post office but an alladins cave of products in shop, Try the curry meals they are delish

If you don't want something to be lost, do not post or deliver here, it's now the 2nd package they have lost. Then instead of trying to help, they are outright rude, 'go away' was their advice, instead of double checking the parcels/tracking number.I live nearby, but that was the last time I've spent any money in there, hope they'll go bust ASAP.

AVOIDI have never heard of such horrendous customer service. I sent my colleague to post a couple of parcels for our business, only to be greeted by such a rude, nasty woman. Expecting that she would be heard over a hoover she was using, when my colleague misheard her she replies 'You're not listening'. Obviously they then left without posting our parcels very upset at this woman. No way will i be using this post office again. I think in times like this it is so important to be kind to others as you could be the only person they get to see on that day.I will be making a formal complaint to Royal Mail as this should be no way of running a business and treating your customers.
