CareCo Romford

I went into Careco Romford, with an idea of what I wanted I met with Anne Middleton, one of the sales staff there, who proceeded to demonstrate several vehicles very efficiently and very professionally leading me to change my mind about the type of scooter that was suitable and appropriate for my requirements. The advice was was clear ,demonstrations were extremely professional and there was no sales pressure applied ,actually all in all a very enjoyable and worthwhile experience so I therefore made my decision to buy On the spot and not to go elsewhere for alternatives, thank you very much Anne for your courtesy professionalism and empathy

The assistant who looked after me when I bought my mobility scooter was Christine. She was brilliant 5+ I was a bit undecided she so helpful she didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured. I felt very at ease, answering all the questions I asked. In fact all the staff were lovely. I finally bought the I Go sport and I love it. My granddaughter likes it too

87 year old Dad has come to live with us, needing a recliner and electric scooter. we visited CareCo in Romford. Gillian gave us all the info we needed, never pressuring us into a decision. Resulting in us buying both items, over the space of a week. A great experience, will be my first port of call for any future needs dad has.

Anne Middleton helped my mum with her scooter purchase today and was great. Super-knowledgeable, really friendly and patient. I was very grateful for her demos of how to take it apart and put it in the boot too. Didn’t pressure us and let decide in our own time so that mum was happy and confident with her purchase. The staff were very professional and Marion and Gillian were very friendly and very helpful. They were very busy but were generous with their time and we left knowing I had bought the best product for me. If you say on your website that you provide tea and coffee then you should have a drinks machine. I felt the staff were too busy to make drinks but did it very willingly. We needed a drink as had travelled 40 miles.Excellent service.

Had a great experience at the Romford branch was looking to get a mobility scooter for my mum and the staff were so amazing especially Kane who helped us with everything.. we were given so much information to help make our decision easier. We was also given a lot of information on other things that could help my mum in other ways. Would highly recommend for any caring needs you may have.

Anne the sales advisor was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. She showed us all the features of the item we wanted to purchase and showed us different options but not pushy. A very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend the company.

Great service from the Christine at the showroom last week. Friendly, very knowledgeable about the chairs and understood our needs. We didn't feel rushed or forced to buy and as a family we are very happy with the advice given.Very big Thanks to Christine !!
