Not recommended. I conducted my son's birthday party at Go Banana.They did not refund my £56 money which they were supposed to. Every time I call them they say they will refund but it's been more than 3 months and they did not bother to refund my money. I emailed them, I called them and I also went to talk to them in person. I am disappointed.

Took my little one down it was very expensive £7 per child if you have 2 or more children it’s to much to pay. £4.50 for a child’s meal that I though was a okay price until it came out. A few chips and a very small hotdog. coffee had a very nasty taste and the cup was dirty.

Lots for kids to do but the place is filthy . Smells foisty as soon as you walk in. Staff with blonde hair which I think is manager is quite rude. Said it was ok for my older son (12 autistic) to come but kept shouting at him to get off things like the trampolines and bouncy castle. Won't be returning . It's disgusting. Stuff hasn't changed since I went when I was young 20 odd year ago.

We used to frequent this place a nearly every week with my son during term time however after an incident the other day with what I can only describe as a chav" I will not be returning anytime soon. I absolutely do not expect to got to a child's soft play and be called a see you next Tuesday and screamed at by these type of people. Nothing was said to the unruly customers and they continued to cause a disturbance.Staff are normaly quite friendly however building and equipment hasn't changed since I went as a child 20 odd years ago."

Visited today since new management has recently taken over, play area and toilets were very clean, staff friendly and kids enjoyed it :)

I took my granddaughters for the first time yesterday and they absolutely love the place. So much for the kids to do. The staff are very helpful. There's food available but we didn't use this though plenty of people were,the food looked good. We will definitely be back for another visit. Not too expensive either and nana went free!

We held our daughters 5th birthday here on a Sunday morning, the new owners and manager were so helpful, they allowed us to have the whole venue to ourselves for 2 hours and catered for all 30 children who attended with no problems. Everyone was very impressed with the venue and staff. Thanyou again

First time I have been to Go Bananas and it was great!! It was quiet when we arrived at 5pm so my 1 year old had a great time. I would not take a toddler under 2 when its busy as it would be difficult to supervise as adults cant enter the main play area
