I’ve been wanting to join a gym/classes for ages but never found anything that worked for me. Since joining S3lf Society I feel so much better, mentally and physically, my fitness has improved already and I can feel my body toning up. I can’t recommend Jess enough she is so passionate and knowledgeable and she is always asking for feedback which is so refreshing as she wants to make sure it’s working for you.Jess is amazing at getting the best out of you. She is so engaging, positive and supportive and always mixes her workouts up to keep them really fun and challenging every time.

To start Jess as a person is amazing, and so inspiring. S3lf society has helped me so much over lockdown teaching me things I would of dreamt of doing at the start of the year. It’s taught to be fit, strong and healthy are much better than wanting to be skinny. At the start of lockdown I couldn’t manage to do a proper push up and now I’m able to do 5 at least. Anyone who is considering doing it or working with Jess DO IT! It’ll be the best decision you’ve made that day.

I’ve attended S3LF’s Sweatcamp numerous times on a Monday evening and it’s brilliant. Jess gets everyone involved and all the regulars were really friendly and welcoming.The equipment used during the sessions is all new and high quality and the space that Jess has created at Heslam Park is ideal for both her Sweatcamp and PT sessions.Couldn’t recommend more.

I joined Jess end of June-September and can honestly say its been an amazing experience, ive learnt so much about myself and whats best for me. Communication is always there, she listens and works with you for what you want to achieve. Theres no restricted diet, no diet plan, instead information all from jess on how to make better choices for yourself that you can use for when youre ready to go at it alone! I can now train smarter and feel confident in the knowledge jess has shared with me to continue my journey ❤

Jess is an AMAZING motivator, she is the one out of a million PT's who actually listens to you as an individual, instead of giving you the basic program to reach your goals. It's not just about weight loss or dropping a dress size it's all about self confidence and making you feel amazing within your self! I would highly recommend Jess to anyone who needs that extra boost and I will definitely be going back to her again in the future! X

The warm friendly and informative Jess is starting me on my journey . Although I am used to exercise and looking after my mental health , Jess ‘s knowledge and understanding I can see already are helping me on my way . She is at hand constantly , always informing the group daily and her attitude to exercise and well being just hits the spot . If you are looking for help from the beginning or need supporting through your exercise goals , then definitely check her out x

I’ve been a regular at the Monday evening S3lf sweat camps since they first began and I have left every single one feeling so good about myself (and achy..) Jess is a fantastic instructor who keeps you motivated throughout the session by encouraging you and challenging you to reach your full potential. Each week is different and I love the variety of exercises that are covered. There are always options to suit everybody there and to ensure everyone is challenged at their own level.I also took part in the S3lf Little Black Dress challenge over December and finished it feeling so accomplished and proud of myself. Jess guides you through each week with personalised exercise plans as well as nutrition advice and other tips to improve your overall health. The weekly calls were a great chance to share how I was getting on and discuss what was the best way going forward. After the 4 weeks I’d lost weight, inches from my waist and hips and felt so much happier, healthier and motivated to continue the good work.I genuinely couldn’t recommend S3lf more.

Joined the S3lf Society to help get my through not having a gym and can honestly say it’s the best money I’ve spent in a long time! The live workouts are challenging but the atmosphere Jess creates makes it so much fun. Can’t recommend her enough.
