One of my favourite companies. I've been calling into their premises for cello bags and envelopes for several years. Just a small-time customer but there's always a prompt greeting at the counter, and they remember my name. Lots of items set out on display to keep you interested while your order is being completed. They once went well out of their way to acquire something I'd carelessly let myself run out of, and delivered it to my door to surprise me. Really friendly firm.
