I am livid. I bought a pram from here a week ago and upon my purchase, I asked the owner about the returns policy. He said as long as the pram is unopened they accept returns. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY NEVER MENTIONED THEY DON’T OFFER REFUNDS. THEY ONLY EXCHANGE OR GIVE STORE CREDIT.I went away on holiday and had asked my sister to call up to find out how many days I have to return - to make sure it’s returned on time. She was then told If it’s returned within 14 days they accept exchange or store credit only.I have just left the store with store credit that I don’t need and £165 lost.YOU SHOULD MAKE IT CLEAR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU DON’T OFFER REFUNDS, NOT IN THE FINE PRINT ON THE BACK OF A A4 RECEIPT.

Me and my partner was recommended to go to see Sonny, after my partner was told by her friend she got a really good deal on her pram. Well we went there and met Sonny, he was such a nice soft spoken man. He helped us with all our needs and we saved so much money off our pram. Thank you so much, we Will keep recommending you! Better than all the retail stores for sure!

5 star service and if I could rate the staff more stars I would! Honestly better service here than famous/luxury department store in Knightsbridge who had messed up my order. So called up Totland and to my surprise they could source the stroller that I wanted. Amazing service - ordered the pram late Tuesday afternoon and arrived at my home on Thursday. Very quick shipping! I didn't know that Totland stocked this particular brand otherwise I would have bought straight from there. Now that I know I will always contact Totland to check if they can order the items for me. The staff here make sure that everything is ordered perfectly and correctly and hassle free just a simple phone call. I also bought my pram set from Totland over a year ago before my baby was born and again had excellent service. Pricing always reasonable and unbeatable. Totland really can source and order any brand or item you are looking for and the service and price are fantastic! Highly recommend - support local who really care about their livelihood and customers unlike the big stores!!

Extremely disappointed. Was planning to just let go, but then google asked me to review.I have spent a good amount of money, buying items for my baby, dealt with Sonny. All was good, things got delivered but one item came in the wrong colour, Sonny told me they would replace ASAP, but were still waiting to receive another item. This was almost 1 year ago. Nothing got resolved, Sonny left, Abdul states he didn't have access to Sonny's deals and phone.The problem is, I have contacted Abdul several times and sent screenshots of our conversations, so he could see. Told me I could pop in the shop to collect the correct coloured item. I did, and they couldn't find it. It was part of the deal, and one of the main reasons I went to that shop and bought it, was it was cheaper, these items were more expensive online. Now I am left with a refund and having to buy elswhere my items it was not worthy in the end and the discounts were in these two items. So I fell in what feels like a scam. I cannot recommend.Also the general atitude stinks, and to be honest, that shop is a mess.
