I honestly don’t know where to start.Staff here have got to be the worst, they are so rude, don’t take your order, leave you standing there and majority don’t speak English.The main guy closes the till all the time to count money so you can’t order anything, there will be a queue going out the door and he’ll be there counting drinks.Nobody has any customer service skills, take so long to prepare and serve food, they can’t do basic tasks without needing help from one another, how many chicken workers does it take to put chips in a box?This is not the Papas/Sams I used to come to, I will not be coming again. Sort it out

1st time I was given half wings for the price of one, just walk there half a mile for it's taste but today very disappointed with the size of wings.

I like their food but the service here is not good. Wings are nice and crispy and their fries are nice. I like the chilli sauce here but they’re very stingy with sauce, one time I ordered via delivery and asked for sauce in my notes and didn’t get any sauce at all and another time I went into the shop and even though I asked for sauce they didn’t give any so before leaving I asked is there sauce in the bag and the man said no and then put some in which was a bit rude. They do have some offers on the window shop.

The food was edible but the service makes the experience insufferable. Man at the counter was poorly behaved and rude. When we left, we tidied everything and put it in the bin except for untouched sauces. He called me back (yelling across the room) and just said “In the bin!” without even a please or a thank you. That was after he had thrown the sauce packets at us when we asked for them, and yet he wants us to do the favour of completing his job and throwing it away? Appalling

Fresh tasty spicy wings for very reasonable price. Can't beat it. To me it's feel like chicken from their Upton Park branch taste better than the Barking Road ones.

Has been one of my main fast food fixes for close to 8 years now; it never misses. Tender, good quality chicken, always served hot, freshly made, clean and totally satisfying comfort food. Some of the nicest chicken strips that you'll ever try. Always cheap prices and really convenient.

Absolutely horrible to cut it short.The place was full of oily smoke. That was the first red flag. When I had finished ordering I only did one spin around for them to say “your order is ready”. The chicken was pink and I had noticed that neither of the two workers there had gloves on.I opened the box and the chips looked and tasted like when you put McDonald’s chips in the fridge and re-warm them the next day. The chicken was edible but not delectable same goes for the chicken burger.

I love Papas chicken. Deal with the 9 pieces for £7 is the best ever. Lovely to have after they night out. Never had a chance to take a picture as we ate it too quickly to realise it is gone now haha. Gonna keep coming back to more. Never had any issues.

Uber order.Ordered 20 wings meal special and also a mega mix burger ( 1 fillet piece and 2 chicken strips) what I got was 2 strip chicken pieces in a bun with cheese. Phoned to complain but they were closed. The wings meal was fine and it tasted OK but I still feel very angry that I paid £5.19 for 2 pieces of strip chicken in a bun? I will be forwarding this review to the manager of the branch. Not a happy customer.
