Click and collect service is diabolical. This visit took ages for them to locate my order, which was supposed to be ready for collection the previous day. The previous order was also lost and presumed sold to another customer - again was supposed to be ready and waiting. Had to reorder and wait for it to arrive in-store. They even made me pay again and await a refund for the lost order. This meant another trip out wasting time and fuel. No apology was offered on either occasion. This particular branch is nightmare. Must make sure to choose my next nearest branch in future.

Good place 2 go 4 a large choice of products. From food & drink, garden & housewares goods. Not the best quality furniture on some items. But some items, the more expensive ones R good quality. Bit of a pain waiting 2 pay sometimes. Some good hidden gems also from time 2 time.

Always great pricing and mostly good things. Just note you do get what you pay for with regards to equipment. Don't get the cheapest items here if you want to reuse the tools often. They usually have better quality equivalents for everything.
