Got a phone through mobilephonesdirect.co.uk and as it was refurbished mobilereborn supplied it. Terrible phone, many issues with it although it did look as new. Posted it back, everything was fine. Then waited over two weeks on a replacement.... They said it would take 24-48 hours from arrival, but every time there was a new excuse. It was ridiculous. Never received a tracking number and although what I heard from them was convincing every time it was just a pack of lies. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, stay well clear!

Absolutely disgusting company to ever buy from I brought a iPhone X that was over heating on my hand so I paid £100 deposit for another to be sent out only to get the phone and that one being faulty to so I brought a iPhone 12 sent both iPhone x’s back to them got a refund the iPhone 12 keeps cutting out in all phones calls etc to be told to send phone back and they will refund me when I’m asking for a phone that works to be sent out and they have this back due to my health conditions and medical treatment I’m receiving I need a phone and because I can not afford a new phone to send this back they won’t help and this cost me over £500 that’s to much to lose and isn’t fair to me that I can’t get help properly because they sent another bad phone. You are saying about not sending a forth phone I’ve paid for all 3 phones I’ve had from you been loyal customer and now have to wait until the 20th November to get a new phone and then send this back to you as my health is at risk here and I could not reply to your reply £500 is a lot of money to lose I actually thought you was ok but after all these problems your phones are not in the condition you buy and had numerous problems with every 1And due to my health I need a phone that actually works and your company has not helped and won’t help which is disgusting ripping people off and sick people too.

service is fine, phone got ghost touch after two weeks of owning it. sent it back to get fixed (for a ridiculous price). now about a month later the phone has ghost touch once again, except this time its ten times worse. don’t buy refurbished phones from these scammers.

Firstly I didn’t receive any packaging through the post, I then emailed and was given a label to print. They received my phone on Tuesday 26th, when I hadn’t heard anything for 48 hours I emailed, I was told I should receive an email in the next 10 mins, I did, it was a your phone has been revalued so I replied to ask what the revalue was as the email doesn’t state what it was and I was told then that it was full value (Email was sent in error then?) that was Thursday 28th I was told it would be processed within 24-48 hours depending on bank, I used PayPal so should be instant on Saturday I emailed asking where my payment was I received my payment on the 2nd and 5 mins later received a reply stating that payment was sent when they had said 4 days prior. If I hadn’t received by the end of today then please contact them ( already have it as they sent just before replying) I have used multiple recycling companies in the past and this is by far the worst never again.

Shocking !!! Bought a phone and returned it exactly as it came, but they are refusing to refund me as they say the screen is broken. The phone I returned did NOT have a broken screen, either they broke it or they took a photo of another phone. It is NOT the phone I sent back. Such a dishonest service. Do NOT use this company!

Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max, was initially sceptical but when the device arrived it was PERFECT and arrived within 24 hours. Would definitely use again.

I'm all for recycling what a great idea,But bought a so called pristine phone here,The website says will look and feel new no marks or blemishes, is far from what I've been sent, marks on chassis top and bottom, camera lenses marked, customer service yet to reply to email,and looking at the other reviews here I have fun and games to come returning the scraper.......reborn from a scrap pile it seems.very unprofessional sending out such junk.On eBay for a few pounds more could if bought a new one....
