Waited for about 45 mins to be told that they won’t take two bags of rubble!! Asked them when it changed as they used to said it was about two years ago,Had to drive all the way to Clacton dump where the queues were even worse, not condoning fly pitching but can see why people just dump stuff, and we don’t want that on our areas, needs to be quick in out service not a bloody day tripWe really need to look at the way dumps are run not fair on the front line staff working at the dumps as they are only enforcing what they have been told.We need more dumps then just twoEverywhere you look they are putting up housesBut needSchoolsGPBetter lightingRoads able to take the new influx of peopleDumpsPlaygrounds etcEnd of rant

Terrible welcome by the staff that just seemed to have a power trip with turning people away. Took rubbish to Clacton with no trouble what so ever. So rude will never use again

Long queue, took 40 minutes to get in but once inside the staff organised the parking and helped with bulky items. No problems with anything.
