I work down the road and had lost a screw from my dental loupes, meaning the lens was about to fall out of the frame. I popped in to see if they could help and was really happy with the service provided. My loupes are now fixed and I can safely see my afternoon of patients! Thank you so much!

1st day of our holiday in the area and found wife had left her contact lenses at home - Boots (who she has been a customer of 15 years could not help) While driving, by chance found Orriss and Low - James could not have been more helpfull, not only contacting her Options in Kent, but supplying 2 boxes of lenses to last our stay - A1 customer service all given with understanding and a smile - Cannot thank the staff enough for their kindness and help. If we lived in the area would deffinately use this shop. recommended.

Messed us about by taking a booking for a colorimetry assessment they can't provide. I requested an appointment weeks ago and got no call back then had to chase them only to turn up tonight to be told they can't do the very thing I booked for. Disgusting customer service.

While the shop is a little dated, the opticians and equipment here are first rate and miles better than high street chains like Vision Express, Boots, etc. If you have fairly standard prescriptions or more unusual preselections then you will be looked after very well.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. My children and I are under Jesus who is the most amazing optometrist. He is incredibly skilled and excellent in his examinations. He has recently picked up an issue with my daughter's eyes which had not been identified before. He is so thorough in his eye testing and examinations that I trust him and his opinions. He also has the most wonderful manner both with myself and my children. I highly recommend him and this practice.

With the exception of one lady optician who is excellent the service is poor. Prepare to pay a high cost for every small service!

Smart premises, professional staff. A thorough eye examination, and no pressure to buy glasses as my prescription was fairly unchanged.
