Prom to Bride

I bought my wedding dress from Emma for my July 2023 wedding. At the first appointment, Emma was brilliant at finding a dress that made me feel amazing.After I had found the one, we returned to the shop several times. Emma helped me find my veil, helped organise alteration appointments and was always polite and professional! She even gifted me a bottle of champange when I collected my dress!Would highly recommend Prom to Bride for a personalised and enjoyable experience.

We went to prom to bride for a prom dress for my 16 year old , It was a delight from start to finish, Emma and her team were so helpful, really accommodating . There was a great selection of dresses and the team Helped my girl select the right dress for her which she loves .Emma, Has been great communicating with us . Emma offers 5* customer service and has a large range of dresses. My daughter had a magical experience trying on dresses in a variety of styles and colours. I’m glad to say that she found her perfect Prom dress. Having gone in with an idea of colour and style, she completely changed her mind and fell in love with a dress that Emma suggested she try. 10/10

Well what can I say. Emma is fantastic, fromOur very first phone call to the Collection of my daughters prom dress., everything was perfect.Emma is super friendly but very professional. No pushy sales at all.She gave us plenty of time and was very helpful.It’s a beautiful little shop and we are so happy that we got to support such a great small business.Highly recommended

Such a lovely boutique. Emma is so easy to talk to and work with. For a small shop in a little village she has a very good selection of dresses.Super easy to book an appointment on the website with none of the deposits or fees just to try something on. A real gem in the village! Thank you for helping me find my wedding dress!

Just collected my daughter's prom dress. Its been a lovely experience selecting a dress from here. Emma was really helpful and we were given loads of time to try a great selection of dresses, there was so many to choose from! We would thoroughly recommend visiting here for your dress, its shame that the girls only have one prom!! Thank you Emma.

Emma was amazing, patient and helpful! She made me feel so comfortable and really listened to what I wanted and suggested lots of options for wedding dresses that I tried on, all were beautiful and amongst what I tried I found my perfect dress! *edited*Came here with my Mum to look for my wedding dress. Emma was absolutely brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable without putting any pressure on me. She gave me lots of time and space to try on and deliberate, as there were so many beautiful dresses to choose from. The only thing that could have made the experience even better would have been to have more heaters in the room as it was very cold. However this didn't take away from a very special experience, and I found the perfect dress! Thankyou Emma :)I originally gave Prom to Bride 5* in the review above, however the seamstress that Emma recommended to adapt my dress (Edwina Ward) did a really poor job. Going to get my dress altered was an uncomfortable experience, Edwina was very abrupt with us and insisted on cash-only payment. After pushing me to get it altered within her own timescale, I took it home after the final fitting to find pins still in it, and torn stitching. We approached Emma about the situation, and found her quite unhelpful, despite her having highlyrecommending Edwina. It was a shame after a lovely initial appointment with Emma.

I came looking for a wedding dress after a bad experience elsewhere. Emma was amazing, she listened to everything I said and made me feel so at ease. The range of dresses are amazing, there really is something for everyone. I had totally ruled out a particular style but Emma convinced me to try it & it turned out to be the dress I said yes to. I cannot thank / recommend Emma enough, she was welcoming, knowledgable and just a lovely person. Thank you!!
