Best mezcal bar I've been to in England. Great chats with the bar folk about what you want and, man, do they make a mean spicy margherita! Cracking music and vibes keeps the drinks flowing

We really enjoyed our visit to Mariachi! We came in knowing that we like tequila but not actually knowing that much about tequila. The bartender, Eder, asked us some questions about what we liked and what we wanted to try, and then constructed customized flights of mezcal and tequila for us. We really appreciated the knowledge and the variety of spirits to try, and the hospitality was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

Places like Mariachi are why we travel. Who would expect to find a mescal and margarita bar in the heart of Margate? The staff is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The mezcal collection is huge. The margaritas are the best I have ever had.Rumor has it that Dive Taqueria will be opening a new restaurant near Mariachi, should be a very nice symbiosis. So, continued success to both.

Very good taste of interior & drinks were nice however sadly the vibe was off & the service was lacking ( and often not in sight ). We were sadly in there for 10 mins before being acknowledged & it seemed like the staff were with their friends who were eating McDonald’s with a baby at the bar. Would like to try again to see if we caught them on a bad day.

Loved it! Eder recommended the best shots to understand how mezcal is different from tequila, and it was a bop!Warmed the heart on a cold day at the beach, will definitely be back
