Really unique and interesting products. So much so I’ve been back twice in a month! Friendly and helpful staff. I had a small issue with one of the items i bought, through no fault of BA’s I must add, and they were more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Offering a Friday collection service during Covid has been really useful. Cant wait to visit the store when reopened after the gov restrictions.

Ordered online and it came through very quickly and very securely packed. The items I bought were all as lovely as I hoped (thank goodness, they are gifts) and I'll definitely be purchasing again. Fingers crossed I can visit fairly soon, hate to imagine how much I'll impulse buy!
